As an outspoken lifelong fan of the Miami Heat (and yes I’ve been a fan since before the LeBron-era) and also being an outspoken hater of the Los Angeles Lakers, nothing in sports makes me happier than seeing Kobe Bryant and his sorry excuse of a basketball team struggle through the season while the Heat remain to be one of the elite teams of the league.
It is very safe to disagree with everything that airhead ESPN analysist Skip Bayles has to say about King James and the Heat. And it is very safe to go ahead and assume that the Heat will easily be repeating last season’s NBA Championship.
With the Heat having a season record that is quickly approaching .750, it is no surprise that they are sitting comfortably in first place in the Eastern Conference standings. Not to mention the 12 game-winning streak the Heat are currently sporting, which included victories against the over-rated Los Angeles Clippers, the Oklahoma City Thunder, and, of course, the pitiful Lakers.
One of the best statistics out there is the fact that Heat forward, LeBron James is the the third in the league in scoring (27.3 ppg) which, to no surprise, is ahead of grandpa Kobe.
Now it’s time to focus on a true NBA All-Star, Heat guard Dwyane Wade.
Yo LeBron, I’m really happy for you, and imma let you finish, but Dwyane Wade is the one of the best players of all time! OF ALL TIME! *Kanye shrug*
’05 NBA Finals MVP, Dwyane Wade is obviously not only my favorite player, but also the best player out there.
I honestly just don’t see the Heat not winning the championship again this season. And if you’re smart Kobe, you should probably just retire after this season before you twist an ankle and it turns to dust. Kobe needs to accept the fact that his time of dominance has come and gone, because the Miami Heat are on fire.
