“The Gang” returns to Paddy’s Pub for the much anticipated, 7th season of “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.”
The new season premiered Jan. 16 on FX. The premiere featured two, 30 minute shows, “Frank’s Pretty Woman” and “The Gang Goes to Jersey Shore.”
The two season premiere episodes definitely surpassed it’s expectations from critics. It provided many side-splitting moments by using the same crude humor as before. That best part of the season premiere was simply that nearly everything remained the same from Season 6.
All of the favorites are returning for the new season, plus a few guest appearances. Not much has changed for the new season of “It’s Always Sunny” except for the most obvious change. Mac (Rob McElhenney) put on an excessive amount of weight. The motive of Mac gaining so much weight is unclear this early in the season. But the mystery will be unsolved in episode 10, “How Mac Got Fat.”
The new season will feature 13, 30 minute shows. All of the episodes for this season can be caught every Monday at 8 p.m. on Comedy Central, where back-to-back brand new episodes will be shown.
