Fear lovers united this past weekend to see the heart pumping and mind boggling story of “Paranormal Activity 3” directed by Hennery Joost and Arial Schulman.
The third film rewinds to 1988 when Katie and Kristi (Chloe Csengery and Jessica Tyler Brown) are just innocent children. The girl’s mother Julie ( Lauren Bittner) and step dad Denise (Christopher Smith) move into a new suburban home with their small daughters, Kristi and Katie.
The story starts out simple enough when Katie finds what is thought to be a imaginary friend named Toby, that no matter what she is told, she still believes Toby to be real. Toby’s games go from harmless to wicked. Whether it’s tossing chairs across the room, or even levitation, Katie finds herself not wanting to play anymore.
The terror begins when Katie starts to ignore her friend Toby, bringing fear to its max.
The film had a lengthy begining, but once it got into the terror and thrills, all eyes and ears were awaiting the next pop of horror to strike.
Paranormal Activity 3 is a fear sensation, bringing light and a new understanding to the previous films. The cast and crew of this film took it to the next level improving the story line, and the ultimate thrill factor.
No one can hide behind a couch or a friend because this film will rock you to the core. Viewers be warned of this Halloween treat.
